I was cooking and so couldn’t see the TV, but when I came back, I was startled. But the Chinese chicks still scared me more. They were like weird porn robots
Yikes, I just saw the Chinese Robert Palmer girl routine. Now I’m scared.
The dancing Chinese women were kinda freaky, but the little girl was cute if horribly off key
Unfortunately they butchered the jasmine song, first with the scandalously clad girl group and then by the cute but seriously off key little girl. My favorite parts were with the kungfu/wushu and the traditional Chinese opera.
However, I totally did not understand the theme of relating the Olympic sports to the Great Wall. What, hundreds of thousands of people died while a dictator forced them to compete in the Olympics?
Can’t believe I stayed up until 3 to watch that. What a waste of my sleeping time!
