Temperamental Interview CD
斋采访,没有任何音乐,连背景音乐都没有,only for huge fans to complete their collection of this great duo from UK:yearn:下面是问题,至于他们的回答自己听吧:irony:
.is there a theme or a narrative that runs through temperamental?
.is t a concept album?
.lyrics play an important role in your work, but do you feel that somehow they get neglected in the uk more so than anywhere else? it seems songwriters just get out a rhyming thesaurus, and they think it's good enough?
.ebtg has developed considerably. was it a natural progression, or was it conscious?
.but you are probably the only one of your peers who has managed to make the jump successfully
.did you consciously set out to find out what people wanted, what people were listening to in club land?
.who would you say significantly set you on your path?
.because technology has come on at such a pace, it makes it accessible to many more people. how did you adapt to the technology? have you always been a bit of a techno-head?
.what changed between ww and t?
.why did you start lazy dog, how did it start?
.how do you define deep house?
.traditionally house music has a standard r&b soul vocal, you obviously do not fit into this category
.you've managed to always stay clear of the mainstream, and yet remain successful, which is a very difficult one to manoeuvre. how do you think you've managed to retain integrity and your independence?
.do you separate projects, like tracey working with massive attack and ben working with beth orton, bring more in to ebtg? do you think you can go away, learn, and come back and teach each other new tricks?
.do you feel you have to tour?
.don't you find it odd that this precedent still exists, that you put out an album, then you have to tour, and it takes such a long time, whereas you could be getting on making another record?
.talk us through the process of making this album?
.do you think that it's important that you keep in touch with the people who buy your music?
.did you get angry letters when missing became such a big hit?
.how does it make you feel that you have been able to regenerate your audience?
.do you ever think about the fact that your songs have entered the soundtrack of certain people's lives, and that they are terribly significant to them?
.you seem to really enjoy it
.on song i immediately related to was hatfield 1980. i take it you grew up in such an environment?
.do you tend to be more autobiographical?
.is the lyric writing one of those really long, painful processes?
.how did you feel when you first started coming home late at night after dj-ing?
.do you think, if you hadn't done the dj-ing, you might not have noticed these things? success can make you very insulated?
.how is it different in america, say the club audiences? is it a different kind of vibe in clubs over there? 楼上对ebtg可真的是入迷了..................... ... 原来还是可以买到的,30来到刀左右
