今天看了Barrart发的爱伦堡的小说，想到的不是那些歌特团，反倒先是脑子里条出Poe这个很早前在我耳朵里留下一点痕迹的Poe。Poe这个小姑娘的艺名即是来自她对Allen Poe的热爱，尤其是这篇小说。只是那期MH里关于Poe的介绍实在是做作。
说实在的，MH的第20辑是整体素质比较高的，却没有出挑的歌。Poe的这首Hello算是很值得回味的。据说是得到Alice In Chains和Guns 'N Roses的成员的支持，虽然第一次听不一定上耳，却是越听越有味道的那种。这张专辑Hello里Poe就是一般美国Female Rock都有的那种类型，一点电音加上摇滚或者民谣的吉他，一般或甜或涩的女声，谈不上多么有深度的中产描写或者批判，想到Lisa Loab，想到Shawn Colvin。看过一个很普通的恐怖片，忘了名字，平淡无味，一个死去的小女孩的灵魂折磨着买了新屋的男人。电影结尾女孩的灵魂得到解脱，从人间消失，突然响起了Poe的这首Hello，顿时觉得比单纯听歌多了许多味道。
