Hello from Ben Watt

hi everyone

sorry to have been quiet lately. we may seem absent from this message board, but in fact i was instrumental in setting it up, and making it an improvement on the last board. we appreciate all your interest and i will try and post personal replies and messages when i can. as some of you know, there is a lot going on at the moment: the ebtg retrospective is out in the states now, lazy dog is coming to an end after 5 great years, and i am setting up a small independent record label called buzzin' fly records. it will be a home for great new music and also a place for some of my stuff that isn't directly related to ebtg. the first release on april 28 will be a club track i did recently called 'lone cat' on 12 inch vinyl only. there will be a great new website for buzzin' fly ready very soon and we will let you know when it you can see it. meanwhile, tracey remains out of the music business for the time being. i am sure she will sing again, but i will not be the person to put pressure on her. she is happy, and that is the main thing. i know you all want a new ebtg record, but please be patient. it may happen, it may not. in the meantime, i am preparing a solo project with guest collaborators. tracey may sing for this project. anyway, thanks for still being around and checking us out. peace and respect. ben watt.
